Public Policy Collective
The Public Policy Club is excited to announce the launch of the Public Policy Collective, a new student-led initiative dedicated to producing non- partisan, evidence-based policy reports for key democratic institutions.
Focused on shaping a better future for young people in Aotearoa New Zealand, the Collective aims to address gaps in current policy frameworks, highlight youth- specific needs, and propose credible, forward- looking solutions.
As part of its work, a select team each year will engage with government officials, departments, and prepare policy briefs to inform and influence long-term policy thinking!

1
Brainstorm and Research
As a team, we identify key issues of interest through initial discussions and background research.
2
Engage Stakeholders
We meet with experts and key stakeholders, and design survey and interview questions to guide our inquiry.
3
Collect Insights
We launch the survey, conduct interviews, and return to stakeholders for further discussion as themes emerge.
4
Develop and Share
From our findings, we confirm policy recommendations, compile the final report, and present it to stakeholders, PPC members, and the community in a kōrero.
